Serving Our Community with Courage and Dedication Since 1868
For over 65 years, the Carlin Volunteer Fire Department has been protecting lives and property in our community.
The Carlin Volunteer Fire Department is committed to protecting lives, property, and the environment through prevention, education, and emergency response.
Founded in 1868 by a group of dedicated citizens, the Carlin VFD has grown from a single pumper truck to a modern emergency response organization.
We are dedicated to saving lives and protecting property through fire suppression, prevention, and education in the Carlin community.
Our department operates modern fire apparatus including pumpers, tankers, brush trucks, and specialized rescue equipment.
Integrity, courage, dedication, and community service are the cornerstones of our department's values and operations.
